Ole Big John had a brain storm recently. He thought since people love his sausages so much, why not make some Big John's pickled eggs? Well, a few days later, a few tweaks to the pickled egg recipe, and BAM - here they are! These eggs are pickled to perfection and make a great companion to the Big John's Pickled Red Hots and Big John's Pickled Sausage. There are about 48 eggs in each plastic 1 gallon container. Net weight of eggs is approximately 5 pounds.

I bought them for me but my daughters 8yrs old and 10 yrs old, ate them up and gave them to their neighborhood friends. My youngest daughter likes the white eggs best.

Family loves the pickle eggs, only think we dislike was paying 80 bucks for 2nd day shipping and it arrived 4 days later. Note from The Pickled Store: Your order was placed on Thursday afternoon, we shipped your item on Friday and it arrived on Tuesday, two business days later. That's the best we can do for two day shipping.

I eat two pickled eggs every day.... We had a local pickling company, but they went out of business due to retirement time. I tried several others online and found these to be the best! I will be ordering my 3rd Gallon in a few weeks. Great job Big John's!

Been having a craving for pickled eggs lately for some reason so I searched online and found the pickled store and these eggs and I'm glad I did, the eggs were really fresh and not very rubbery like some pickled eggs and the flavor is very good. Will be buying more for sure.
