Product Overview
Ole Big John had a brain storm recently. He thought since people love his sausages so much, why not make some Big John's pickled eggs? Well, a few days later, a few tweaks to the pickled egg recipe, and BAM - here they are! These eggs are pickled to perfection and make a great companion to the Big John's Pickled Red Hots and Big John's Pickled Sausage. There are about 48 eggs in each plastic 1 gallon container. Net weight of eggs is approximately 5 pounds.

4 my first store bought pickled egg

Taste is amazing. Not at all what I expected. If you like the little pickled sausages in the gas stations (Bahama mama ect) then you will enjoy these. The texture was a bit tough. That's the reason I can't do 5 stars. Shipping was a bit if a wait but it is a heavy item. packaging was good. I would order again to try different flavors.

The Big Johns eggs are a little bland spice-wise to me, but I added some hot sauce (homemade ripened serrano pepper) and all is well.
