Product Overview

These are not just pork hocks.

These are Cajun Certified pork hocks—made by the hands of authentic Cajuns in the heart of Louisiana, where flavor is not treated like a suggestion.

Matt & Dana Pickled Pork Hocks come from Amite, Louisiana, deep in Cajun Country, and they bring the kind of bold, tangy, seasoned bite that makes old-school snack lovers pay attention. These pork knuckles are pickled with a secret blend of Cajun spices that has been in the family since 1933, which means this recipe has had three generations to learn how to behave—and it still has a little attitude.

Three generations ago, the family behind Farm Fresh Food Suppliers began bringing these pickled pork favorites to stores around the greater New Orleans area. Demand kept growing, the legend kept spreading, and now these real-deal Cajun hocks can be shipped straight to your door.

If you are looking for where to buy pickled pork hocks online, you have found the good stuff. These hocks are hand prepared, perfectly seasoned, and pickled for folks who appreciate traditional Southern flavor with a little extra kick.

The gallon size gives you the full bone-in hock experience—big, bold, and ready for serious snacking. The quart jars contain smaller boneless pieces with plenty of meat and fatty goodness for those who want the flavor in a more manageable size.

Either way, you are getting a true Cajun classic.

MY PICKLED HOCKS ARRIVED YESTERDAY, the packaging and shipping was top notch, with the box packed tightly hugging my jar of hocks with styrofoam peanuts they were safe and sound, and no leaking of any juices. so yeah i opened it up took out a couple of them hocks, placed them in a sealed tupperware container and in the frig. same as i did my pickled pigs feet,i dont keep the whole gallon in the frig, because of the gelling, so they just sit on my kitchen counter, i leave them in th frig for a few hours to get good and chilled ,MmMmM, I ate one, and saved the other one for later this evening, i like crackers and tabasco sause on mine, the taste and texture took me back to when i was a small boy, every end of november, my family had ''hog killing day'' when the hogs we raised for bout a year were processed into winter meats with 16 kids, mom and dad, and always a few cousins, we all helped, dad dug a couple of holes in the back yard built a fire in each, placed two 55 gal barrels at a 45 degree angle filled them with water, we kids pumped and carried the water, filled em up, while the men folks killed, hung, and gutted the hogs, most years 4 hogs, they then douced them in the boiling water to loosen the hair drug them out on wooden doors and all us kids gathered round with kitchen knives and scraped hair off , that was early in the morning after a breakfast cooked on a wood stove in the kitchen, they cut off the heads and feet, hocks gave them to grandma, she turned the heeds into souse, headcheese, while cooking the feet & hocks for pickling, the rest of the meat was salt and sugar cured hung in a smoke house, over pans of smoldering hickory chips, sometimes in janurary grandma would bring a gallon of pickled pigs feet and hocks mixed to us, along with sleeves of souse, ohhh myyy the goodness, the smells, the taste, was a thing i remember to this day, and i am 72 years young now, when i took my first bite of matt and dana's pickled hocks, i closed my eyes, i was back in grandma's kitchen 7 years old, your pickled hocks are that amazing, the texture ,taste goodness, are as close to my granny's as any i have ate in so many years, so i thank you pickled store. stay safe, stay pickling...
