Product Overview

These are not just pork hocks.

These are Cajun Certified pork hocks—made by the hands of authentic Cajuns in the heart of Louisiana, where flavor is not treated like a suggestion.

Matt & Dana Pickled Pork Hocks come from Amite, Louisiana, deep in Cajun Country, and they bring the kind of bold, tangy, seasoned bite that makes old-school snack lovers pay attention. These pork knuckles are pickled with a secret blend of Cajun spices that has been in the family since 1933, which means this recipe has had three generations to learn how to behave—and it still has a little attitude.

Three generations ago, the family behind Farm Fresh Food Suppliers began bringing these pickled pork favorites to stores around the greater New Orleans area. Demand kept growing, the legend kept spreading, and now these real-deal Cajun hocks can be shipped straight to your door.

If you are looking for where to buy pickled pork hocks online, you have found the good stuff. These hocks are hand prepared, perfectly seasoned, and pickled for folks who appreciate traditional Southern flavor with a little extra kick.

The gallon size gives you the full bone-in hock experience—big, bold, and ready for serious snacking. The quart jars contain smaller boneless pieces with plenty of meat and fatty goodness for those who want the flavor in a more manageable size.

Either way, you are getting a true Cajun classic.

    First time trying

Posted by John on 16th Mar 2018

I like pickled pigs feet so I thought I'd give these a try. Not really what I was expecting. Very strong vinegar flavor and seem to be mostly fat. The red coloring made you tend to think they were raw.

    My First Try With Hocks...

Posted by Ruben Lopez on 19th Sep 2017

I am a pork feet man> I have never tried hocks before so decided to try them. I was disappointed with the flavor ( too strong of vinager), the meat had lots of fat, and I didnt care for the red coloring. Think I'll just stick to Hormel's Pickled Pork Feet.

    Good old fashion pork hocks

Posted by Unknown on 16th Dec 2015

Excellent flavor. Fully reminiscent of what was generally available 50 years ago.. I got the quart size, boneless. It was packed to the rim. Four stars instead of five only because of the coloring agent. totally unnecessary.
