It is spicy enough to get your attention, and tasty enough to keep you coming back for more. Made from 100% pork, it is our finest sausage and packed with flavor! It is a good spicy pickled sausage, but not so hot to overwhelm you. This sausage is skinless and has the shape of a traditional hot dog with firm texture. Comes in two sizes: Gallon and Quart These sausages have no casing and firm texture. 100% pork!
