I've been a fan of Big Mama's Pickled sausage for years but cant find any locally any longer, so I'm happy I found the Pickle Store. Just tried Bobo's pickle quail eggs and find them very tasty. I look forward to trying other products from the Pickle Store.

The taste is what I was hoping for. Ahhhh yes; these take me back some years. I think it's the same thing I used to buy when I was growing up and you could find them in the convenience stores, only these sausages seem to be a little bigger and I think the name of the ones I used to get was Hot Mama, but I could be wrong about the name. In any case, these sausages have a nice spice to them, good texture with the meat, and just the right touch with the pickling process.
