Product Overview

Tiny eggs. Big Cajun swagger. A case at a time.

Matt & Dana Cajun Pickled Quail Eggs are little bite-sized flavor bombs packed with that bold, tangy, spicy goodness folks expect from deep in the heart of Cajun Country. These quail eggs are prepared in Amite, Louisiana, where pickling is not just a process—it is practically a family love language.

Each jar brings together tender quail eggs with just the right touch of jalapeños, okra, onions, green beans, and a top-secret blend of Cajun spices that knows exactly how to wake up your taste buds without asking permission.

These little nuggets of joy are spicy, savory, tangy, and dangerously snackable. One egg turns into two. Two turns into “Who finished the jar?” And suddenly you are standing in front of the fridge making life decisions.

If you are looking for where to buy pickled quail eggs online, you have found the right place. This is one of our hottest-selling items, and once folks get hooked, they tend to come back for more.

So go ahead and order enough to survive the craving.

Because regular eggs had their moment.

I have been a fan of your products for years. I may even share some with friends just a little though.

    Great Taste & Quality

Your Cajun style pickled quail eggs are absolutely delicious and a welcomed treat from the "normal" run of the mill snack or appetizer. The only negative comment I can make is that they are expensive in both the product fee and the shipment fee to get them.
