After reading all the reviews saying how amazing and firm these pig's feet were, I just had to buy a gallon to try myself. Unfortunately for me, the pig's feet were pretty soft. Not mushy in the least! Just softer than I would like. Still a great product. I'll just have to try my luck again and order another gallon when I have the chance. Compared to Hannah's Pickled Pig's Feet, I feel like these are a bit more mild in their vinegar bite. Definitely full of amazing flavor and it certainly brings me back to my childhood. I'll certainly be buying these again soon to try for the crunchy stuff I love.

Thank You very much for the great service!! A customer for life. I ordered 1/2 Gal. of pigs feet a while back Loved them. The jar was packed to the tip top with pigs feet (I could hardly get the lid back on) enjoyed for 5-6 days. This time I ordered the full gallon! P.S. Yes the pigs feet I did receive are in a word AWESOME don't change a thing It brings back the old days.

At 68 years old I have been enjoying pigs feet since I WAS 13. These are incontestable the best I have ever had, They are so good they should put their creators in jail as something this good should be against the Law. Pork heroin! Lip smackin' flavor packin'with the perfect texture and a slight spicy vinegary lingering aftertaste to die for that just has your hand back in the jar for another even though you are full. If you are are pickled pigs foot aficionado this is a life experience you cannot afford to miss. Believe me they are that good!!! Back into the Kitchen to grab another.
