Product Overview
Yes, these are the real deal.
Just like Grandma and Grandpa used to crunch on, Matt & Dana Pickled Pig’s Feet bring that old-school Southern snack flavor straight from Cajun country to your fridge.
This quart-sized jar is packed with bits and pieces of pickled pig’s feet, not the whole foot. That means you get the same bold, tangy, vinegar-kissed flavor in a smaller, snack-friendly jar that is easy to open, easy to share, and dangerously easy to keep reaching back into.
Cooked and pickled with pride in the heart of Louisiana, this family recipe has been going strong since 1933. That is not a trend. That is tradition with a little attitude.
The texture is firm, the flavor is classic, and the crunch takes you right back to the good old days—assuming the good old days had enough napkins nearby.

3 Not As Good As I Thought
Posted by Ruben Lopez on 19th Sep 2017
Like many other people, I am a big fan of Hormel Pickled pork Feet. I enjoyed them so much that I wanted a gallon jar to have on hand. When I saw Hormel did not sell gallon jars, I found Matt & Dana's and decided to try them> I ordered the small jar to test them. I was disappointed in them for one reason.... thou the pigs feet were good, the taste was very strong with vinager. It ruined the whole experience for me. I went back to Hormel.

4 Tasty But

I only ordered a quart because I just wanted to try them. The product is tasty and the brine is just right. I could do without the red coloring just fine. It detracts from the product rather than adding to it.

4 Buy the gallon not the quart.

Good flavor but you only get 1 trotter in the quart jar. Lot of red coloring hope it's from paprika and red peppers not food dye because it doesn't need the color. They would taste great without it.

5 Great

The pigs feet jars are a little under-filled, but I realize you can only stuff so many feet in a quart jar. It is what it is and I'm not complaining. The vinegar and flavor is great.

2 Not what I expected.
Posted by Samantha on 20th Jun 2014
Too salty for me. I thought they were whole feet or almost whole. There was one whole piece in both bottles. The rest were pieces. Not at all what I expected. Sorry. Very disappointed. **************************** Comment from The Pickled Store Sorry you were not expecting to find pieces in the quart size jar. We can't get the full size foot in the small opening! If you want the whole foot, please make sure to check out our 1/2 gallon and gallon sizes!

disapointed in the amount of actual meat. EDITOR: Pickled pig's feet are not really known for the amount of meat. If your looking for meat, go with the hocks! They have much more.
