You're looking at The Pickled Store'sbest selling sausage from Red Smith out of South Florida. We're not sure who Big John is, but he makes a great sausage! Interesting to us is how the first thing that hits you is the flavor and great texture. This sausage doesn't have a strong vinegar taste or smell. Not sure how he does it but that must be the reason why Big John lent his name to the label. The sausage comes in 1/2 gallon and one gallon containers. You'll find 2 pounds of sausages in each 1/2 gallon container which equals about 13 sausages. These sausages have a thin casing and firm texture.
