A gentleman told us the other day, "You're sausages are like vitamins - I take one every day!"  

Pickled sausage is our specialty and we have several choices for you!  You can get your sausage from Louisiana's Cajun Country or from South Florida's Alligator Alley.  Farm Fresh Food Supplier's sausage are prepared in Amite, Louisiana with a 3rd generation family recipe.  Red Smith and Big John's sausages are made by the Smith family in South Florida and we can honestly say you will not find a better pickled sausage around.  These are pickled snacks at their best.

We ship to bars and gas stations, the cozy corner cafe, and guys and gals alike that have been searching long and hard for a good pickled sausage.  We have several to choose from and chances are you'll find one you really love in our store.

Please notice!  The essential difference between the Red Smith (including Big John's) and Matt & Dana brands of pickled sausages is that Red Smith and Big John's has a clear casing on the sausages (they 'snap' when you bite them) and the Matt & Dana brand does not have a casing.  The Matt & Dana pickled sausages and Big John's Pickled Red Hots do not snap - they have a firm texture but do not 'snap' when you bite them.  It comes down to personal preferance on which you like - so either snap to it or just kind of glide in...
